Enrico, known to one and all as Rico, was found lying under a truck at Morris County VoTech by Mr. Klaar’s 2nd daughter while he was still in High School. He later explained to Herb that he was only taking auto mechanics because they didn’t offer HVAC at the time. Upon graduation, he began his career at Spectra as an apprentice while earning his degree from Lincoln Technical Institute and worked his way up through the ranks as a service fitter, Assistant Service Manager and finally into his current position as Service Manager. It didn’t hurt that he was married to Denise Klaar at the time.

In keeping with the juggling act going on in all Spectra departments, Rico supervises and dispatches the field technicians, schedules customer appointments, and strategizes on bringing in new projects while maintaining customer satisfaction. He also jumps in to family arguments whenever he sees fit and is constantly yelled at by Debbie for not keeping the proper paperwork flow.
