With over 25 years in the industry, there were early signs that Robert, the youngest in the family, would follow in his father’s footsteps. Like when 5 year old Robert took apart the backyard swing-set to see how it was put together or when he chiseled a hole through his bedroom closet to see what was on the other side. To his parent’s consternation, the only thing he didn’t take apart was the Playskool Take-Apart Car that Santa brought one year. With this sort of mechanical inclination, it was inevitable.

Robert began as an apprentice while earning as Associate from Lincoln Technical Institute and worked in the field as a service fitter before joining the office as estimator/project manager. As his duties include continuing education for all our technicians, he has led the way by earning his NJ Master Plumber, as well as his NJ Backflow Preventer licenses. Robert also serves as O.S.H.A. Manager for the companies.

Robert takes continuing education seriously and has also been certified in sales and service by the manufacturers of Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Honeywell, Rinnai, Roth Oil Tanks, Beckett Burners and Caleffi Solar panels followed. Now, no job is too big or too small for him, as he routinely handles projects valued up to $2.5M.
