This 32 story spire building in the Turtle Bay/United Nations area chose us to replace their old 700 ton Baltimore Air Coil Evaporative Condenser Water Tower with a new one of the same capacity. Because of our long standing preventative maintenance of this building, we were the likely choice to replace their equipment. The rig of this substantial Tower included an enormous crane and permits to close down the city street. Our forces completed the scope of this work in record time - the rig was completed in one day as well as start-up so that this exclusive 48 unit condominium building would not have service interrupted and street closure would be at a minimum. Robert Klaar, our project manager, was responsible for the extensive coordination of this undertaking.
