Our preventative maintenance client approached us to help them reduce their energy costs by replacing an old inefficient unit with a new 75 ton Trane Rooftop Unit and new curb on one of their buildings in Glen Rock, NJ. This Trane DX Rooftop unit has free cooling and step compressors thus saving considerable energy and greatly reducing the electric bills. We are currently installing new 50 ton Trane units on their buildings in Rutherford, NJ.
